1. Services and Scope of Work

1.1 CBA Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services, as outlined in the service agreement or quotation provided to you.

1.2 The scope of work, schedule, and pricing for the Services will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 To book our Services, you must provide accurate and complete information. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope or schedule must be communicated to us in writing.

2.2 Payment for Services shall be made in accordance with the agreed terms. We accept cash, credit card and debit card only.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 Cancellations or rescheduling of Services must be communicated to us at least 9 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

3.2 Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Liability and Insurance

4.1 We take reasonable care in providing our Services. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by factors beyond our control.

4.2 We carry liability insurance to cover potential damages incurred during the provision of our Services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 You agree to provide a safe and suitable environment for our team to perform the Services.

5.2 You are responsible for ensuring access to the premises and providing accurate and updated information regarding your cleaning needs.

6. Privacy and Data

6.1 We respect your privacy. Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.

7.2 Termination may result in the assessment of applicable cancellation fees.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Association].
